Noisy Pipes

We have a 3 year old home. Just recently whenever a toilet is flushed, a faucet is turned on, and the shower is turned on, there is a loud noise (which sounds like when ships come to shore and they sound their horn)that rings through the whole house. Does this have to do with pressure buildup? Any advice on how to stop the noise? Please help.

sounds like u have a loose washer in a shut off valve. to try and determine which one. turn off the fixtures with there individual shut offs, and turn on one by one until the noise happens. then u will have to take the valve apart(most times this noise will happen with an angle stop type valve)and see if the washer or o-ring or something in the valve seems loose. tighten or replace as needed. good luck.
